As everyone gathered for the last show, the mood was starting to become almost melancholy.  This would be the last show of Homecoming Week, could this wonderful week of fellowship be ending so quickly? Determined to keep having fun, the entries started to truly strut their stuff, as if they were giving a final performance for everyone. The movement on these entries was now really showing! As Jenna went flying around the ring, the spectators kept cheering her on! What a grand finale they were providing for everyone!! The excitement was electrifying! As the time for taking pictures of the winners arrived, some people were preparing to leave for their long journey home. The evening was coming to a close, and farewells were heard in various camps. Our last meal together lasted longer then any of the others before as people shared their joys with so many new friends, and sorrows over having to wait another year before some would be able to meet again. A few chose to stay on one more day to help with the clean up. Their help was greatly appreciated, and on Monday the job got done very quickly, and we all had a chance to a great time of fellowship, before they too had to go home.

Yearly since 1974, Shiloh Shepherd™ owners and fanciers from across the continent (and beyond)  have had the privilege of attending Homecoming, an event started by our Breed Founder, Tina Barber, and sponsored, since 1991, by the Shiloh Shepherd™ Dog Club of America, Inc.

Unfortunately we have not been able to share the original pictures taken prior to 1998 due to the tragedy that befell the original Shiloh Shepherds™ farm, but some of them may still be seen inside of the old Newsletters!!

Thanks to Rich Lewis and Karen Ursel, we have been able to recreate ALL of the recent years, since 1996, and would like to share these pages with you!
